Terms and Conditions

Please insure payments are made in full 4 weeks prior to departure dates & made payable to ( miss t c inglis)

Please confirm 3 weeks in advance flight details inc.dates, times of arrivals & departures, by phone, letter or email.

On arrival taxis can be found directly outside the airport, you will need to be taken to ( Castillo mar ) which is about 10 mins drive by car which will cost between 8 - 10 euros. Alternatively transport can be arranged in advance prior to arrival for a small cost of around £19 each way.

On arrival to the appartment you will be met by a member of staff who will show you to your appartment & hand you over the keys.

You will find an info pack in your appartment which you should read.

Apartments will be checked prior to arrival by a member of staff and on the day of departure to insure all is in satisfactory.

Any damages will incur charges & will be deducted from your deposit taken.

£60 deposit will need to be paid prior to departure and ( if no damages) will be refunded at the end of your stay (within one week).

SAFETY / RULES

PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ THIS FOR YOUR OWN INTEREST.

WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES THAT MAY OCCUR IN THE APPARTMENT OR ON THE COMPLEX.

THE APPARTMENT WILL BE CHECKED BEFORE ARRIVAL & ALSO UPON YOUR DEPARTURE ON RETURN OF KEYS.

ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR TO THE APPARTMENT OR THE BELONGING’S WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR DEPOSIT FEE.

LOSS OF APPARMENT KEYS WIL BE CHARGED AT THE COST OF 60 EUROS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF LOCKS & KEYS.

ALWAYS INSURE DOOR’S ARE ALWAYS LOCKED WHILST OUT OF THE APPARTMENT.

PLEASE DO NOT HAVE LOUD MUSIC AFTER MIDNIGHT.

DO NOT TAKE ANY OF THE BELONGING’S OUT OF THE APARTMENT.

PLEASE INSURE ALL ELECTRIC APPLIANCES ARE OFF WHEN NOT IN USE.
